I didn't like how the staff allowed us to use their boogie cards and watch this carry everything up stairs to the room allowed us to swim and stay the whole entire day until they switch shifts 12:00 some Arab lady was calling the police they kicked all of the kids out the room made them stand outside in the cold and wait for their parents as 12:00 a.m. wouldn't allow the kids to go back in and get their hoodie a shoe and other little items that the children had left in the room The police stood at the door with the door wide open yelling at everyone to hurry and pack their things to go The hotel wouldn't even speak to me when I was asking her why can I let the kids go home and my kids they since the loudness was the complaints and the reason for it's getting kicked out if I eliminate the issue it can't be an issue The lady with the glasses she's short black long hair she looks a rat she works the night shift not sure if she's the manager or not but she wouldn't speak to me at all she stared off in space as if she didn't hear me if the staff didn't want any parties while watches carry everything up to the room why allow us to use the hotel buggy cards why allow us to stay the entire day up into the 5 hours left to check out after leaving they charge my card $180 again $79 and then again $78 this is the worst hotel experience I have ever exper ienced in my life by it being kids I think there was unfair for them to at least give the adult or at least the kids a warning before kicking them out I had kids who parents went out who parents stay away in Rochester and they were at work kids had to over home catch rise from other parents other kids I have my own room they said I had to go because I was the parent even though my room didn't have any kids in it and I didn't get kicked out they wouldn't even allow me just to get my own kids to just enjoy the rest of the night to go to sleep it was a party The cops seen that the...
