No shampoo in the bathroom. Also, we signed a form that said 11 pm - 7 am was quiet time. I had to call the front desk 3 times about the dog barking from 11:30 pm until 1:15 am.

Smelled like smoke, dirty and unkept. Baymont should be ashamed to have this hotel under its brand. I left my non refundable room 15 min after checking in and purchased a additional stay nearby because this hotel was absolutely unacceptable.
