the first room smelled like animal urine. I did ask to have a new room because I would ‘t of been able to sleep in there which they did give me but the new room also smelled, just not as bad. Also, the pictures online make it look much more updated than it really is.

The staff was amazing! We can here for my kids birthdays which are a day apart. My kids turned 7 and 9 and of course had to tell everyone it was their birthdays. After hearing that the entire staff was super nice to them and did their best to make their birthday stay special. The best encounter was with the maintenance man and I am sad to say I didn’t catch his name. We had a small issue in one of the bathrooms. He came up very fast after we notified the front desk and had it fixed immediately. Of course my kids had to say hi and tell him it was their birthdays for those two days. He politely said happy birthday to each of them, they said that they hoped he had a wonderful day and he left. It was a great interaction. What really floored us is that about an hour/hour and a half after he left he came back. This time with a beautiful birthday cake for my two kids! My wife and I were completely in awe. The fact that this man found it worth his time to go out and get my kids this cake was truly amazing. We were complete strangers and he treated us like family. To take his time and money to do that for my kids is a debt I will gladly pay forward! My daughter loved it so much she had to write him a thank you note and didn’t want to leave without giving it to him in person. We were able to do that and even then he spoke so kindly to both of my kids. He is an absolute asset to your company, and I hope you are able to give him the praise he deserves! The whole staff at this location was terrific and if we are ever in Auburn Hills again we will be sure to stay at the 2050 Featherstone Rd location again!

Rooms were dirty. Couches stained and so was pullout mattress. Carpet looked as it has never been cleaned. One room had a disgusting item between the mattress and box spring.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was only served until 8:30 which is a bit early. There was no ice machine and the freezer in the room did not make ice. The front desk staff and housekeeping were less than friendly.

I did not have the breakfast but it sure smelled great. The location of the hotel is perfect. They accommodated my request for a first floor near a door which was so convenient for me and my dog. Close to anything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly!

The cleanliness of the carpet, the noise the toilet made when flushing, thin wall and the unusual smell. Couldn’t tell what the smell was, cleaning products or what but not too inviting.
