I believe this hotel needs to improve its management! The staff had no experience handling unexpected situations, and the hotel manager failed to show up in a timely manner to manage the issue. As a result, we were left dragging our luggage late at night, after 11 PM, searching for alternative hotels. We almost ended up sleeping on the street!
The problem arose because the hotel had overbooked, leaving many guests without rooms upon arrival. However, the staff did not inform us of any resolution or next steps, and we waited for a long time with no information. The final outcome was merely an offer to upgrade our room for the next stay.
Do you think this kind of resolution would encourage us to choose this hotel again?
