Please include a shower bench or shower chair in the handicap accessible hotel rooms. I had a handicap, disability hotel room – with no shower chair – or no shower bench. I could not take a shower. Nor were there grab bars around the toilet.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but it turned out that hotel doesn't offer breakfast at all. We were promised to get a refund of $11 per night as compensation for breakfast but the hotel still charged the full package amount and no refund was made! Only one employee was available at front desk at a time who was friendly but was not authorized to do a refund and had to pass the issue to the upper level of management but unfortunately the issue was taken care of!
No housekeeping/room cleaning on daily basis unless requested
