Positives:
Staff was fantastic, breakfast bar was very clutch and my kids loved the pancakes. Was very impressed with what was offered.
Negatives:
Rooms were very outdated, velt old/dingy but what was important felt taken care of by staff. Extremely small fridge. Pool was not heated as advertised and no “park” to the middle section. Maybe rename it or add some chairs at least.

Nice stay the pool was...

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in moving us to the same floor as another family and allowed for a few extra minutes at checkout.
Negatives:
Odd location of the elevator so we ended up using the stairs instead.

The only thing was there wasn't a sheet and extra blanket for the sofa bed in the room.
Also, the elevator was very far and I must've took the wrong way to my room because it took forever to get to it except if I wouldve went up the stairs which was too much for us to carry

This particular hotel is my boyfriend and Is favorite place to go to for our staycations! We absolutely love the quietness, cleanliness and overall customer service. Hotel employees always show us the best customer service!
