Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

They never had a deposit, suddenly have a deposit & refused to cancel my reservation. Was told to call back & they turned their phone off and refused to message me back. Customer service couldn’t even get a hold of them. No notice on website about deposit & disregarded me saying it was a non refundable/ no free cancellation booking & still to this day no response & they keep trying to charge my card. Very sketchy. Fix that issue some of us are going through hardship & homelessness & little things like this are major inconvenience because we were short by $30 dollars FOR A DEPOSIT that wasn’t listed nor did we ever have to pay for before

There was no towels, toilet paper, cups, soap, or anything when I got to my room. I was so tired I didn’t realize until 12am when I went to use the restroom, and get some water. Brutal.

I believe some people either live there or have to stay for an extended amount of time, they're not loud and they keep their distance.

I left for a few hours to visit family and came back to a lot of police cars and ambulance and someone screaming in agony on the staircase.

Nothing. Sent me to 3 different rooms at check in that we?re all dirty and not cleaned, sent me to another room that was already occupied, finally got me a room and it was hair on the towels, dirty shirts in between the chair, pop bottles under bed.
