Nothing! It reeked like marijuana everywhere. When we checked in booking.com had given us an upgrade to a suite as a free upgrade. We went to the suite we were given and the bed was unmade, the connecting rooms doors were open and it was super dirty. Then they said they were sorry but the only room available was a downgrade with no compensation. We had no choice as it was late and we were exhausted. We get to the new room and find fingernails on the floor. We slept for about 3 hours sitting up in bed on top of the covers with our clothes on. The next morning we went to their “breakfast”…. There was no hot food, and with what they did have it’s more like a snack station than a breakfast. Right then we got on booking.com and booked a different room. Went to the counter told them we were checking out early. They didn’t even take the time to ask why, probably because they already knew.

No one available to check us in on arrival, were told it might be 15 mins. Flush handle on toilet dirty and fridge area unclean. Only 2 drinking cups provided but more available from breakfast area.

Location and at least our room seemed clean (except for dirty carpet).
Negatives:
Bags of dirty laundry and garbage line the halls. Dirty floors and carpet. Questionable people hanging around. Free breakfast is a joke. Stale cereal and a few apples offered. Coffee carafes empty. Elevator dirty and scary to ride.

There was no hot water. When I told the front desk, he just said, "That's weird, I'll tell maintenance." So that was no help. We also woke up to ants in my dogs food bowl, so there's definitely an ant problem.
