For some reason the shuttle drivers seem to be in charge !!
1st night the driver circled me like a hawk and was acting like he was a police officer..... Harassed me from the moment I arrived.
2nd night at least I got through the doors..... Then an older women, got nasty with me and showed Zero empathy, customer service skills , skills to be a decent person. It's not hard people be polite and professional!!

Upon arrival, room bed sheet had a stain on it . Also, after Maid cleaning, the sheets were not changed after two days stay, dirty towels left in bathroom & bathroom not clean.

I liked the easy access to stores and freeways.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the staff. They were rude. They shut the pool down so we couldn’t use it and that was a reason we stayed there. The breakfast was all out of everything. The staff was mean and yelled at my children. I haven’t been able to get a call back from the general manager still. The room was dirty. The shampoos and such were empty. Old clothes and under garments were left in my room from the previous occupants.
