Dirty,rude staff, amenities were non existent, supposed to get snacks and drinks with upgraded room , NOPE didn't happen !! An hour long process to check out!! Charged me for towels being dirty !!!! I didnt have time to argue so I let it be
But towels get dirty when used... When will hotels wise up and order grey or black towels ?
Do yourself a favor and jump over to the north side hotels lol

The breakfast was 1 item, no nutrition which was lame. The coffee was ok, but did not make up for the horrible experience of staying there. I will not ever stay again at any Super 8, nor would I recommend it. The location was fine,
Negatives:
The front desk man Ish was the worst. He has no customer service skills at all. He was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, mean, discourteous, exacting and the experience was horrible. Ish was just awful. Jimmy, (the other front desk man) he was the best! The room was pitiful. The bathtub had black mold where the shower walls meet the tub. The shower head was old and slightly functional-the water did not come out of all the holes in the shower head. The water pressure from the shower head was weak. The tub was a light color but the bottom of the tub was dark, looked like it was dirty (very bad). The heater was awful-it clicked on and off all night, keeping us up. There was an old bar of soap behind the toilet, so the bathroom was obviously not cleaned there, which made us wonder if the bathroom was really cleaned well at all. There was a very cold draft from the heater/AC unit - there was no insulation on 3 sides of the unit and let cold air from the outside in. The temperature was terrible. One of the blankets had a patched hole, 3 inches long. The desk wabbled. Ish made us bring down our towels for new ones, but Jimmy (the other front desk person) picked our towels up and gave us extra ones (Ish made us put the requested extra towels and the other towels in a bag and made us bring them down, he wouldn't come and get them, but on the 2nd night of our stay Jimmy did come and pick the towels up - Jimmy was the complete opposite of Ish. Jimmy smiled and was kind, helpful, courteous, went out if his way to help). The toilet seat was not stable - moved from side to side almost off the base toilet. Ish had it fixed by Jimmy and it was a little better, but still shifted. Jimmy said all the toilets in all the rooms shift a bit.
