Front desk staff was always in back. People came in middle of night and woke everyone by knocking on all doors. Of course front desk staff did not see them. Also breakfast staff did not show up one morning. No breakfast by 9am. 23 kids in pool with adults

We arrived at midnight from Philadelphia but were greeted warmly and they had good snacks! This was a perfect location for getting to all of the family gatherings. Omelets for breakfast was a nice change from the usual. Comfy Duvets were a nice touch!

We were very disappointed that we didnt have tv for almost three days. They told us comcast was out and we were not kept well informed about when it would return . We also where told that they would compensate us for the inconvenience but never where!
