The cleanliness. There were smudge marks on the mirror in the bathroom and the is crustiness in the shower. There was a brown substance in the toilet when I used it for the first time. I had to flush first.

Not Hampton’s fault but we got a noisy neighbor about midnight and woke me up. The night clerk handled it perfectly as I called her to let her know what was going on. Hats off to her. Not Hampton’s fault but we got noisy alert message on our phones a little later after the first disturbance. I like H.I. ….. we did fine and continued our travels.
