Positives:
This stay was phenomenal! It gave you the WOW factor. Everything is so fresh and new. Extremely spacious. Bathroom had so much room. Beds so comfortable. Extra space to sit and relax. Lighting was exceptional in what area needed light it had it. It didn’t matter where you parked - easy access to the building and short distance to elevators. Very convenient in so many ways!
Negatives:
Only thing I can comment on was that Coffee pot in room broken. It wouldn’t run water thru it.

I liked that the property surrounding the hotel was not developed and was relatively quiet.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and very willing to solve problems.
I liked that the room had both refrigerator and microwave.
The soundproofing seemed very good; I couldn't hear neighbors or ice machines.
Negatives:
Some of the designing was off:
The lampshades by the beds were inferior and therefore broken.
The space allowed for the coffeemaker was not adequate.
There was no freezer in the refrigerator.
The seating was very uncomfortable.

I didn’t like how the man who checked us in our hotel room made a joke about my last name. Also there was no housekeeping at all. First day we stayed housekeeping only gave us towels and changed garbage. Our beds weren’t made no wiping down furniture or vacuuming was done. Very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping.
