Location was good for what I was looking for in the area. Check in was very simple and the hotel had the amenities I needed for the most part.
Negatives:
Free wi-fi was pretty poor, so really didn't support streaming or working remotely from the hotel. The other thing is I wished the cookware was already in the room when you arrived so you didn't have to go to the front desk and bring it all back. Also would be nice if they provided sponges to wash the dishes with.

Staff ranged from indifferent to rude when we brought a problem with our bed. The legs on the bed were so loose, it rocked back and forth all night. We were offered no solution to the issue. There wasn’t even a plastic glass in the bathroom to brush our teeth. We had to go to the desk to get one. Policy of the facility is that “it is not safe for staff to come out from the desk.” Not a statement which instilled a sense of safety in the guests.
