That it had a pool.

That when you arrive the say the rate is completely different. We booked it at $118 and they said we had to pay $160 a night. We were also given a total that included taxes and fees and the hotel said no it didn't so they added on another 10.5 % and another $200 for the deposit.
I stayed for 5 days in Orlando Florida at a suite with a kitchen and didn't pay $160 a night and they were amazing.
I booked my My mom and her husband the exact same room and they were charged $130 a night. When asked about it they refused to even meet the $130. It didn't matter that we said we booked it at $118 and that our rooms were identical and I booked both rooms myself.
The rooms were disgusting. I have pictures. The lamps had splatters on them. The switches had nasty food finger prints on them. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash for your entire group staying.
The breakfast was poor.
When they came in once to clean I had the top comforter thing that doesn't ever get washed on the ground by the door. They folded one and left the other unfolded and put them Ontop of my open suit case !
They charged are card upfront and didn't wait until check out.
The manager looks at you with a blank stare. When I tried to talk to him he said hold on trying to see if you are paid in full. He said yup you are... nothing I will do. Your bill will not change.
