Negatives: While never mentioned in the property policies on Booking.com they refused to give me a room, since I’m 19. This was especially unexpected because a day before arrival I completed pre-check-in and uploaded my document clearly showing my age. Moreover, it was late night and I was driving for the whole day to get back home… Such a shame that ageism is still happening all over the industry. I do not recommend anyone to stay there and support business that promotes unequal treatment to minorities and doesn’t even bother to provide clear information about their policies on the booking platforms.
