That the hotel ws across the street from another hotel With beyond exceptional standards.

Where do I start? I called 2 days prior to see if our reservation was still valid, and I was completely turned away by the manager himself. He was yelling at me and completely delusional after having me on the phone for 15-20 minutes where the total conversation should’ve been only two maybe 1 minute tops. I must’ve told him our customer confirmation number about 10 times during that conversation and literally got nowhere. Getting ws the easy part BUT the place is a complete dump. I literally feel like I drove into a parking lot where I was about to see my last moments pass through my eyes. That’s a lot from somebody that grew up in the Detroit neighborhoods back in the 90s. I was there with my husband to celebrate our honeymoon at this location as a stopping point until we got to our destination in Montreal. I absolutely refuse to get out of the car. Parking lot was disgusting with hair and garbage. You could tell that the place was honestly not kept well. Can’t say anything about the food because we were there for a couple minutes to call the manager and say that we’re going elsewhere due to poor customer service. Just an overall poor experience.

The location was in a busy spot in Kansas so if there was many things you needed to do, you were in the right spot. If it was quiet in peace you wanted it. You were in the wrong spot. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the people were friendly. I'd go back

Well I got the hotel thinking it had a swimming pool and when I got there they told me that it was not working. Number one should have been told to me on the phone and number two. It should have been fixed in a very quick manner so that would be what I disliked
