The room had roaches. Lobby closed for customers so no breakfast included. The underneath of the bed had trash from previous guest.

I would say the price. Just needed a place to lay my head. I just came from out of town because of a funeral and I was only staying one day, but the mattress was kind of stiff and the room was okay but in much needed repair.

It look like it needed painting and there was obvious work that needed to be done like screws were missing from the clothing area where you hang your clothes and it looked like it needed to be vacuum. The very first room they tried to put me in had bugs.

The front desk and staff management are terible. There is no smile on faces. The words as "please" or "thank you" are not in their vocabular there.

The room was dirty and when I went to the office to complain they handed me a broom and cleaning supplies and told me they couldn't do anything about it. There was pee on the toilet seat and bathtub. The sink counter had black stuff all over it. And more

How much time do you have? The pictures are misleading this place is rank, dirty, bad area, etc. My first clue was the fact you were not able to go into the lobby but instead had to pass your id through bullet proof glass! Then the tv didn't work
