The location was close to where I needed to be. The room was a decent side. It was on the second floor like I asked.

The tv wasn’t working properly. The floor was dirty. Didnt give me enough toiletries. They took forever to give me a new sheet and when they brought it they were going to put it on left the door open let flies in and I just ended up closing the door and making the bed myself

The staff was friendly, location was next to 275 and was convenient

I walked into the room and my bed was not made, clean but unmade, the phone was broken, the cold water handle also, no coffee pot, worker said he would have coffee each morning, which he did not, shower wall had a hole, sink light was so dim , did not matter if it was on or not. Toilet paper holder sheet rock around was exposed. Every day the key card would not work and had to be updated, the wash clothes and linens where terribly dingy almost dirty looking. A very run down building that is in dire need of a professional remodel. Someone has tried, but they are falling horribly short. I would never stay there again

No towels in the room. The first room we were placed in was not clean. Beds bot made. Second room had no towels. Had to request them. The manager on duty was snoty and a little rude. Not very helpful. Also the beds that were in the 2nd room. Had stained up sheets.

The room needs a lot of maintenance hole was in the wall carpet look like it's just been pulled up cigarette butts was all around my door before I even entered the room I had to clean the toilet myself I would not recommend no one to even go there for a night

Our room was so dirty! Only reason I stay is because sheets appeared fresh. Walked into room and tv was on could not b turned off nor could volume b controlled. We had to unplug it to turn off for the night. Mini fridge didn’t work and smelled awful!! Floors hadn’t been swept or mopped bathtub was dirty with hair stuck on the side of tub! But I didn’t c any roaches or beg bugs. And the toilet was cleaned and good to go and I was tired so we stayed. Worse hotel experience I’ve ever had! And I travel a lot
