Positives: Food was excellent. Much better than the Hampton Inn where I usually stay.
Negatives: My key stopped working. I went to reception 4 times to have it recharged. Finally, after I had wasted 35 minutes and needed to leave, the receptionist (who was the sole staff person in the hotel) decided the lock wasn't charged, but he didn't know how to charge it and couldn't reach his manager! Training would be good.
