Receptionist female was very unpleasant. Alarms went on without notice with a noise that was frightening and very alarming. Had to run out of shower, jump of the toilet seat without knowing what was going on. Alarms went on without notice 5-6 times. Totally unacceptable. Still have ringing in our ears.
