The room I requested had one double bed + one sofa bed being 3 persons. I was asking through booking to prepare the sofa bed for our arrival many days in advance.
Not done. Probably they don’t read the messages.
In addition, when arrived in the room neither linens nor blankets and pillow for the sofa bed were present . I had to go to the reception and ask.
I had to open the sofa bed by myself. Its mattress was thin and dirty, stains + chewing gum glued underneath.
All the moquette around the corridors was dirty.
Not recommended for the amount of money paid.
