Negatives: Absolutely atrocious service for a facility of this caliber and cost. Our room was not available until after 7p on the day of check in. The front desk staff member - Desmon - was rude and condescending to my friend and I. He refused to accommodate us in any way for the inconvenience - no late check out, free drink, breakfast voucher. I had to speak to a manager to get anywhere. We were comped drinks and breakfast although other promises like Bonvoy points and drinks in the room never came to pass. We were ignored by the front desk staff and the manager for the rest of our stay to the point that it was uncomfortable to be in the lobby.

Negatives: I was not able to access internet, the way the internet service was set up in the web system was too confusing to navigate to actually get online. I unfortunately had to use my own hotspot. I expect a $300 room to include internet access.

Negatives: Not a thing.

Negatives: No free parking

Negatives: For the price, it would have made it more worth it to include breakfast, especially since there wasn't any pool etc. in an already expensive hotel, we weren't interested in spending more at the restaurant, although it did look like it had a nice menu. The only comment on the room was that for a two person booking, they only provided one robe. We thought that may have been a mistake. We had an unfortunate bad experience with valet parking. It's hard to know who is at fault, but we paid for the $48/day valet service overnight parking, and our car came back scratched up. An investigation is on going with our insurances now because it will cost us a lot to get the scratches fixed. The hotel was apologetic and got their valet manager right away. We are still waiting on a copy of their incident report and surveillance report 5 days later which I am not very impressed with, so I will be calling. I understand that it's hard to know if it was a valet driver or someone from the city that caused the damage of course, but I would like it figured out and it's just one of those unfortunate things you wish would never happen! Other than that, the stay was good!

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The attached bar/restaurant is very pricey for what you get. Non observant wait staff.

Negatives: We checked into our room that totaled over $700 for ONE night and our sliding bathroom door was broken. They came up and looked at it and we didn’t find out until check out that they had to order a part for the sliding door. We had a group of people that couldn’t shut the BATHROOM DOOR to use the restroom or to shower and I was charged the full price nor was I given any sort of comp for the major inconvenience. I felt like that was something that could not be overlooked and needed a review.

Negatives: Everything was excellent
