The front desk was very helpful and swift with getting me checked in. The bar/ restaurant had a good selection of food and spirits and the bartender was very knowledgeable of the area.

I used my credit card for deposit and they charged my credit card instead of releasing my funds- no one can give me an answer so it feels I double paid.

The bathroom tile was old and cracking, the room was extremely noisy. The street traffic could be heard clearly as well as anyone in the hallways. The staff at the front desk was not helpful or knowledgeable. The valet system was disorganized.

Staff was wonderful. Great place to stay if your going to the Little Caesar's Arena or a Detroit Tigers game. Place to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is across from a large bus station, which means homeless people are all over the area. My room was right across from the staff elevator; and whenever it was In use my entire room shakes like an earthquake and sounds like an airplane takeoff

Location was great and overall cleanliness wasn't bad.

Nothing major, some very minor nitpicky items where it shows they didn't think when remodeling. Location of the soap dispensers in shower made it very narrow, bathroom door with cutout holes at the bottom, Keurig had to plug in on the night stand, etc.

Not close to airport. No microwave. Parking not included. They didnt have bottled waters. Luckily there was a convenience store a block away.

Valet tried to over charge me for parking I told them I paid for the two days upon arrival I had to long into my bank account twice to prove I had paid them already and they still had me to wait until they called someone after I provide them with the info

I liked the location in the city, you could walk just about anywhere. The rooms seemed large enough, with lots of cubby spots to place items. It as had a frige and microwave, perfect if your staying a few days.
Negatives:
That we did not have a room when we arrived at 6. With check in being after 4. We had a long line in front of us at check in and it was not moving. Hotel was sold out, but should have staffed for it, not have their holiday party that night.
