I checked inro my room at 6 am ans by 1 pm i was having to rush out do to my fathers health ans was not able to stay my paid time there. The hotel stated they woukd fully refund me and 3 weeks later and no refund still. Im a sinfle mother of 6 kids. I feel the lack of understandment is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I honestly feel stolen from.

The room was nasty. Looks like it wasn’t clean, finger nail clippings everywhere on the floor. Bathtub was gross hairs in the bathroom sink. And to top it off there was a hooker outside trying to bum a lighter! Worst room I have ever stayed in!!!!
