Positives: Julie at the front desk was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly.

Negatives: The room was full of a short dark hair everywhere, there were dust webs or spider webs hanging in 6 different places, and on the comforter there was some pink stuff on it. On my email I received it said one king size room and this is what I asked for when I booked it, but when we went into the room it was two queen size beds. I love the Hampton Hotel but after the stay on 9-7-2024 in Lansing, MI I am not sure if we will stay at one again.
