Julie at the front desk was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly.
Negatives:
The room was full of a short dark hair everywhere, there were dust webs or spider webs hanging in 6 different places, and on the comforter there was some pink stuff on it. On my email I received it said one king size room and this is what I asked for when I booked it, but when we went into the room it was two queen size beds. I love the Hampton Hotel but after the stay on 9-7-2024 in Lansing, MI I am not sure if we will stay at one again.

NIce hotel, good location.
Positives:
The location was close enough to the MSU campus. We had a busy day planned so we checked out before breakfast.
Negatives:
Our heating system was loud and the fridge made a popping sound that kept my daughter awake because it was next to her head. The noise coming from the floor above us was ridiculous. It sounded like someone stomping up and down the hallway. And the bedding smelled musty.
