It's obvious the owners are trying to improve the place... New flooring, newer AC unit, new curtains, new sink counter, generally cleaner. Still a ways to go, but much better. It seems like they are weeding out a lot of the drug using clientele as well.

There was a huge cheese drop stain on the fridge when I arrived & the hotel just didn't seem safe I was constantly looking out my window I could hear my neighbors TV next door. I kept hearing noises & it sounded like someone was trying to get inside my door, I thought the hotel being in Farmington hills would be better but apparently not. When I checked in it took me 10 minutes because the guy inside was on the phone & he seemed to have no concern that I was waiting. I won't go back. I gave him my state ID when I checked in & he ended up charging my debit card for a night's stay even though I didn't give him my debit card information I paid cash that day, it's really strange how he got that info. I would recommend that people stay away from this hotel.

No breakfast coffee or tea , rooms were bad. old broken , smells like black mole and dirty. Staff can't keep the outside clean either. Trash in the garage cans over filled just not a good place to stay

I like the fact that I was able to get my money back when I stepped into my room it was dirty smelly, and I had no problem receiving my money back

What I did not like about the room is that it was dirty. The mattress was filthy. It was outdated.
