Positives: Clean and up to date decor. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Parking was free and ample. Happy to see Dove lotions, soaps and shampoos. Also, loved that you supply a brown washcloth for make-up. Super comfy pillows and bed. Great night sleep.

Negatives: We had the king room with a city view which was okay enough. Sadly, the bathroom/shower room is way too small and lacking anywhere to hang clothing/robe while showering. Also, no matter what we did with the curtain water got onto the floor in the front and back which could be dangerous for some.

Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and maintained. Room was great. It was clean and had all of the things it was supposed to. Hot tub was phenomenal. We didn't get in the pool but it was clean.

Negatives: If I had to complain about anything, it would be the breakfast. There was some confusion about the voucher for breakfast. I thought I had ordered a room with breakfast. Apparently, I did not. I'm sure it was my error. The food was not good. I had biscuits and gravy. It was terrible. My partner had eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were not cooked all the way.
