The location was great, friendly staff - from front desk to kitchen workers refilling breakfast.
Negatives:
Getting double charged for our stay. When I was told that a card was needed for 'incidentals' which was $50, she neglected to mention that it was $50 PER NIGHT. There was a lot of confusion about my card Master card being charged the entire amount then my Visa card being charged each day for the stay....essentially I was charged twice. It's been a week now and there is still a hold on the full amount that was charged, despite being assured by the assistant manager that my Mastercard is not in the system. From Friday morning (when I noticed the extra charges) until we left Sunday morning, there was no manager on hand to speak with (she only arrived Sunday morning). This was supposed to be a fun weekend, and I spent more than half of it stressed about being charged over $1,800 for three nights. We will not return.

The layout is confusing. Signage is not great. When you walk in, the check in desk is upstairs and really no indication of that.
Also, for such a comfortable bed, the pillows were awful. Lumpy foam.

Great location for what we needed.
Negatives:
Upon arrival with 3 toddlers, an elevator was broke which was never fixed while we were there. Being on the 6th floor with 3 toddlers, we were forced to wait for elevators. The waits were VERY long. A few times, after waiting for over 20 mins, doors open and there were staff and cleaning carts taking most the elevator up. Staff switching and not letting the large group of customers waiting on first and were beyond rude and unprofessional to us.

Jakub was the kindest and most helpful front desk person I've come across. I came back from my room to find a cockroach in it. Jakub immediately put me in a different room and took care of the situation. Much appreciated.
