Place was clean, did the job that was needed but I did notice a lot of finger prints on all our windows and a few in the bathroom.
Negatives:
Check in time was at 3 and when I arrived at 3:30pm I was informed my room wasnt ready.. they told me it would be over an hour til my room was ready.. this was very frustrating and the staff acted if they did not care. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience.. the lady working said they would text me when the room was ready and in fact- never texted me! I ended up calling around 4:30.. an hour and a half after my room was supposed to be ready and the lady replied- oh yeah, sorry your room is ready
Not professional. Just did not care for the guests or my time. Super frustrating. Unlikely I will return for this fact.. which is again, frustrating as everything else was good
