The staff was very nice. The room was clean and pleasant. We did not make it down for Breakfast.

I paid extra for a hotel with a hot tub. I don't use the pool. But do like the hot tub. The hot tub was on. But the water was cold. This is very unplesant. They should have discounted my bill because of it. All they can do or say is sorry.
