The room we were given first was not clean, it had trash, cigarette ashes on the bed the floor was dirty and a really old not cleaned chair. I had to as the office for a new room. The 2nd room was a lot better but we were not given towels so I had to buy

It felt unsafe. People were screaming and yelling in the parking lot and hall. It was dusty, the heating unit didn't work and I left almost immediately.

Although a non-smoking room, it smelled of an ash tray. More so, there were cigarette butts in the sink drain. Although it is/was a relatively inexpensive stay,I would have expected the non-smoking room to not yield cheap cigarette smelling clothes.

Everything! The rooms were filthy, there were literally drug deals happening while we were there. I walked to the office (no amenities in the rooms, whatsoever!), for morning coffee. While walking back a man walked out of his room and began urinating on the ground, not even trying to cover himself.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the tub had a dirt ring on the inside and the outside was so dirty!
In addition, booking.com, didnt offer any compensation and advised that we would have to eat the price increase for the new motel.
It should be rented by the 1/2 hour, if you know what I mean!

It was filthy dirty room never got cleaned Garbage everywhere spiders in my room people hanging out my front door all night long pretty scary situation and unhealthy

It was absolutely filthy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The guy who checked me in didn't say a word to me and the everything had filth on it. the carpet wasn't vacuumed prior to our arrival and the bed was super uncomfortable.

Not clean at all i had to re clean and scrub down the room myself, its very ghetto and alot of proplr hanging out outside all the time and dont clean up after their dogs go to the bathroom. Its horrible and deffintely not worth it.. And the police are constantly driving through here its very hott
