also definitely need more trash cans in the area where people sit for breakfast. The trash was stacking up on the counter. Parking was also too expensive.

Room to room sound was good, but street noise was deafening and made it difficult to sleep. Parking was minimal and access to the hotel with luggage was a struggle. I expected more from Marriott based on past experiences. I am a member but won’t be staying there again and will be more cautious about booking Marriott elsewhere. Another major issue is the fact that my son-in-law is a sheriff and SWAT team member in another town and was called to duty and unable to use his reserved room for the night. There was no refund, not even a partial one. Having no consideration for protective service men and women called to duty is atrocious.

The great location! Was perfect for walking to ArtPrize venues. Pool. Two fabulous bars/restaurants. Complimentary full breakfast. The suite was clean, roomy with a well-stocked kitchen, and an amazing view!
Negatives:
Not the fault of the property, but extremely loud motorcycles roared up and down the streets until the wee hours. Keep that in mind on warm weekend nights if you’re a light sleeper. The kids slept fine.
