Parking was a bit of a pain. Unless you know your way around downtown Grand Rapids it’s hard to find the correct parking garage entrance. But other than that the property is wonderful.

Outstanding accommodations! The room was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing. The property and staff exceeded our expectations. The lobby was lovely and the breakfast had many options to choose from…we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Breakfast food was too limited in fresh fruit, offered no bread (only poor bagels) and dry cereal was all sugary.

An enjoyable stay except for...
Positives:
The room was beautiful and comfortable. The nights we slept in our room was the best sleep we had our entire vacation! The shower was great, and the room was spacious.
Negatives:
-the gentleman who checked us in made us feel we were unorganized because my husband couldn’t find his wallet and scrambled for a few seconds. He said that our wedding party was unorganized and tried to pass it off as a “joke” but projected a lot of what came off as annoyance towards us, making us feel very awkward for a simple mistake. That didn’t set the best first impression.
- the breakfast was a bit bland compared to the rate of the room.
- we had to park at the other lot across the street for one night due to the hotel lot being full. The overnight staff member took our parking ticket, resulting is us having to pay a lost ticket fee. The day manager on duty when we checked out did take care of this properly, but why do yall not have enough parking for your guests? And why do yall make your guests PAY for parking in addition to room rates? That is absurd.
