Positives: It's amenities, staff, helpfulness, as well as how accommodating and understanding
Negatives: The housekeeping staff need to be shown what they need to be doing as far as cleaning the bathroom ie ( the shower, and outside of the toilet bowl) , and they could do a little better job dusting

Negatives: Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The dead bolt lock was ripped off the door, whole hotel smelled like weed, the front office staff was rude when we checked in and floor had ripped carpet in it in the room.

Positives: The elevator wasn't working The water was cut off fir repairs Wouldn't give me refund, credit or anything because I booked room through Booking.com.
