They tried putting us in 3 different rooms and none of them would unlock. It was like they was locked from the inside and one room locked are stuff inside. Then they wanted us to wait longer for them to find us a room and we had already been there 3 1/2 hours. And the manager was giving rooms to people that came in after us . So we left and found a different motel. We was very unhappy

I got locked out my room at night the overnight man kept resetting my key but my door still wasn’t opening and my kids was in the room sleep clearly he didn’t know what he was doing because the man in the morning fixed it with no problem

The door would not open the latch was broke and had to use the key card 10 times to get the card to work. (Room 317) the toilet was not a standard size toilet but was a child's size toilet.
We are (were) spending 25K a month for sub contractors at this particular hotel and due to the actions of Star Brown being dishonest and vindictive and removing our personal belongings prior to 11AM check out we are forced to spend that 25K at another establishment. It's appalling to think of how badly we were treated and wonder how she may be treating others who only spend $100-$200...... what she did to us knowing we have already spent between 10K-25K in the past couple of months was beyond anything we have EVER experienced. She definitely knew what she was doing was wrong and knew that we were a significant part of the bookings at her hotel and made the decision to be unprofessional and unethical.

The TV is kinda weird, you have to point the remote behind the wall to the cable sensor. Other than that, it’s wasn’t too bad.
