The breakfast was very complete on what was offered, was continually updated as food was consumed, and had continuous attention from a service person. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The whirlpool was out of service and the pool was just adequate.

Positives:
Staff was super nice. Breakfast was a typical breakfast, except there was a lot more to choose from, very family friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Negatives:
Nothing really. The toilet flush was not working very well, but I told the lady at the desk and no fault of anyone’s.

The elevator was broken. One of our rooms had obviously been broken into recently. Chunks of the door and door jam were splintered away leaving a 1-2 inch gap that gave access to the latch. The other room smelled like marijuana and there was old lunch meat in the refrigerator.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Cleaning staff was extremely nice.
Negatives:
Rooms definitely need some work and the staff could be friendlier. Some of the staff was great but definitely more just seemed annoyed to be working. The elevator did NOT work, and the Air conditioner in our room stopped working after the first day so it was 78. HOT TUB DOES NOT WORK. We booked it excited for the hot tub but it clearly has not been in working conditions for awhile they need to take it off the amenities list and the picture down. I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was spacious. Staff worked really hard to help accommodate issues.
Negatives:
The shower door leaked, all over floor. When talked to management they were unable to have anyone look at it during our stay. Coach roach came out of the sink. Curly long black hair was in the shower, after 2nd time cleaning the room they missed cleaning the hair out of the shower for the 2nd time. Toilet backed up, we had to use our friend’s bathroom in another room.
