We went during a snow storm and our travel time got all messed up and they were so very helpful checking us in a little early.Our room was very clean and smelled clean even. Definatly would go again.

Outdoor space beautiful- loved the fireplaces, tvs and grills. comfortable beds and pillows. Pet friendly, hot breakfasts. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Appreciate the toiletries.

The outdoor space was dirty in the mornings. Garbages overflowing- cans and wine bottle left from the night before.

The room was large and very clean. Our family appreciated the full size refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised with the extras given in the room that are normally not present in suite style hotels. The breakfast bar and outdoor space are great!

The hotel was very clean and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was kind and helpful.

The general manager was rude, the hot tub was not hot, the front desk clerk at the time was the assistant manager was doing desk and breakfast with out washing her hands before handling food and didnt wear food handling gloves. Didnt clean well in dinning

We went for the pool experience with our kids and their kids. Staybridge did not disappoint. The attendant in the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful.
