Positives:
The room is well-equipped and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed here for four days on a work trip, and as there was a desk provided with a comfortable chair + great wifi, it was a good place to stay.

Breakfast was pretty meager. Tiny muffins, poor quality bagels, cereals and cups of fruit cocktail from Thailand were about it. The coffee was especially good.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.
Negatives:
The only problem was the bed was too high. We had a handicap accessible room (the bathroom was great), and the bed was way too high for a person in a wheelchair to get into easily. Also, there was very little space around the bed for maneuvering a wheelchair.

The breakfast was very minimal with no fresh fruit and no consideration for those that are lactose intolerant. We had to pay far more than usual for the pet fee and I was not notified how much it was when I made the reservation.
