Price and location. It was very quiet, due to the number of guests in the location.
Negatives:
The gauge on the heater needed service. It would only allow a full/fast speed control. The hotel agent might consider ONLY offering his religious statements, prayers, holding hands, blessings, etc IF guest request and/or agree to such greetings.

Leaving. The owners of this motel were the rudest people I have ever met. They screwed up my reservations and when I complained about it they called the cops on me.

It was pretty gross. Looked like it was last renovated in the 90s. Owners were VERY religious and had religious imagery everywhere. I'm not opposed to religion, but it was really in your face. The owner literally told me to mention God in any review.
Positives:
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Negatives:
Staff was friendly but seemed tired and confused. It took two of them to check me in. Maybe one was trading the other.
