Negatives:
People hanging around the hotel that wasn't staying there. Felt very uneasy there. Will not be staying there again. Need updated pictures not what is on the website.

The beds were comfortable. One could adjust the room temp. I like Dove products. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The bathroom floor and wall intersection is old and grubby looking. The hot breakfast was not available. The creamer supply ran out. The pop selection was limited, nothing caffeine AND sugar free offered.

Absolutely stunk like Cigarettes and the staff looked unkempt and dirty they were ever rude and not helpful either !!!!

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms. There is an actual dog walking area and it's huge, that in itself has me sold. If I'm ever in Jackson again, this is where I'll stay to be sure.
