Holes in walls, sink faucet loose. Blood stained sheet with holes. Black stains on sheets and pillow cases. Bathroom exhaust vent filthy with cracked on dust and mold. Couch unusable and filthy. Carpet stained torn and filthy. Door partially jammed closed. Security doors blocked open. Mattress stained and filthy, and broken down.

It was awful. The hotel was nasty to begin with. Druggies in the parking lot, loiters all around, the smell was horrible. Blood on the bed and walls. Broken doors and holes in walls. Not safe, At all

Building is in a bad state of repair. Peeling wallpaper, dented and scratched walls. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom area. Tv propped against the wall, bracket left on desk. No remote. Hallway had a broken lamp left on the floor. Exit doors would not close, outsiders could enter easily. Grounds full of garbage.

Walked in the room, immediately saw bugs...the smell of the room was horrible...bed cover noticably nasty...there were people hanging out in front of the door...nothing that I expected from Wyndham...checked in saw the room...left went to another hotel...tried to get a refund but was told there was a no refund policy... I would appreciate it if you could refund my money back to me and take this motel ( because it was nothing that associated this to a Wyndham Inn/Suite) off off your list, they need to be reported to the BBB...That place really does not represent Wyndham reputation... I hope to be hearing from you soon...
