Very slim there was no batter for waffles, juice machine wasn't working, lady had to give us our bread or bagel without gloves on. Coffee was freaking cold had to get coffee cups from desk. There's a lot of people hanging in lobby area.
Negatives:
Better rooms with working tv, room needs a microwave so kids don't have to go to the lobby. We only had literally 2 towels we sent the boys to get more but unfortunately an adult had to come and ask. Adult went to ask but had to wait for laundry to get done.

The Jacuzzi didn't in the room didn't work. Jets didn't work. And when brought to front desk, they did nothing but tell us they would make a note. Did nothing to compensate us. We payed more for the Jacuzzi and specifically reserved a Jacuzzi room to enjoy the Jacuzzi. Our home recently burned to the ground and we lost pets to the fire also. So we were looking forward to enjoying and taking advantage of the Jacuzzi after spending approx 13hrs that day digging through a dirty pile of burnt rubble in the cold windy rainy weather.

The sheets and towels had stains, the heater/aircondioner had white build up on the vents was afraid to turn on the heat! Baseboard was missing around the room, tub was rusty!

Nothing I left and ask for a refund I was told by the front lady at the desk that I would have to contact the manager or simply take another room. My room had multiple roaches and I no longer wanted to stay at that hotel.
