Negatives: The water never got hot enough when taking shower it was luck warm. At 2 a.m T 5a.m and at 9 a.m. Told morning stFf and she seem to ignore it

Positives: The staff was wonderful but the hotel was beyond dirty, the breakfast had no teabags for hot water or juice and we had to get our own butter and cream cheese for breakfast items.
Negatives: Homeless people everywhere and even asked us for money.

Positives: The night manager was trying to helpful but there was nothing she could do about the room. I would rate her 10 stars
Negatives: The room was a joke. the fridge did not work, the microwave did not work and the television did not work. Where all those things were located there was one plug with two outlets and the only thing plugged in was the TV and they could not get it to work.

Positives: Nothing at all.
Negatives: Very dirty, hair on the floors and countertops. Urine splash marks on the floor. No outlet by bed to plug anything in to charge. Sheets had stains on them. Pillows were balled up on bed when entered the room. Nothing seemed to be clean. Didnt sleep.
