The hotel stunk, the room stunk, there was boogers on the bathroom wall, hair in the shower, no bath towels or wash cloths. The bedding stunk. The tv remote didn't work to change volume or turn on or off the TV. The toilet barely flushed.

When we checked in, the only clean rooms were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. We got to our room and the key card didn't work. Went back down to the desk and got another set. Went back up to the room, the key cards still didn't work. Back down to the desk again, again got a different set of cards. Went back up, they still didn't work. Called the front desk, they came up and tried - no luck. Got us into a different room. When we got back from our evening out, those key cards didn't work. Back down to the desk for new ones. Went back up to the room and was able to get in. Turned the light on and went in. Tried to turn the other room lights on, but they didn't work. The only light that worked was the one when you first entered the room. Breakfast was cereal or waffles, coffee was luke-warm.

I’ve been trying to phone an email Booking.com because this was totally unacceptable and I want a refund. The staff was perfectly fine and the manager Linda excellent. She initiated and sent you a request for reimbursement for August 16 Diane Blake. When I got in at 9:30 at night after traveling seven hours and having a tooth pulled… They sent me to floor, three with no elevator. I had all of my things and a 60 pound dog pulling on my arm. When I got to the room, it had not been cleaned and really it was trashed. I have photos and would like to attach them. It was filthy on the way up the stairs and it was filthy in the hallway. There were bugs crawling on the carpet. There was no phone in the room so I could call to the front desk to have this rectified. I had to go back down the stairs And she assigned me room 40 one back to floor three to grab my stuff up to four no elevator again. Where I found the room cleaned but no lightbulbs in the lamps. The TV didn’t work and the air conditioner was throwing out enough humidity that all of my things were wet in the morning, including my clothes that I laid out the night before. I want a full refund for August 16 overnight at 2203 S. 11th St. in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Michigan

I’ve stayed here in the past and it was acceptable but not great. Things have truly deteriorated and it’s atrocious. If it hadn’t been 1030 at night by the time I got in room 40 one I would’ve left. It was awful..

After an over 8 hr drive from Canada. The hotel cancelled our reservations. They had overbooked by 17. And when we arrived at 1am they said we had to look for other accommodation. The lobby door was open so seems like there was no A/C and beside the front desk employee there were 3 others just standing around.

Elevators broken. Smell in hallways and cleanliness of common areas are a big problem. No air in stairwell during 90 degree day with no elevator and our room was on the fourth floor. Requested a lower room for handicap plate and none available even though their was hardly no cars in the lot. Not a pleasant experience at this location.
