Negatives: The toilet seat was broken when we got there but still usable and we didn't mind being that we were out visiting family everyday of our stay.

Negatives: On the morning of April 26th and 27th, we(my wife and I) woke up with bites on our body and face, which we believe appear to be either bed bugs or some kind of mite. See attached photos for your reference. I complained about the issue last night to the front desk, but the hotel was fully booked and the staff there could not move us to another room. The staff at that time at the front desk informed that there have been bedbug issues in other rooms in the past, but those were from the 3rd floor and this was the first he has heard from the 2nd floor. The best they could do at the time was to provide me with new sheets, which I had to fit on myself. I did use the new sheets as I figured it was the best option for that night given how late it was. However, we woke up the next morning with even more bites on our bodies. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Negatives: The room was run down. Torn furniture, cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper. Breakfast was powdered eggs and hockey sausages, inedible. Coffee in the room was ok. Coffee in lobby was cold and bitter. TV showed 12 channels, only 6 came in, no network tv or pop

Negatives: The hot tub in the room was tiny and didn't work very well, and it was the entire reason we booked this hotel. We wanted a nice soak in a hot tub and this location did not have a good one. Also the bathroom in our room had peeling wallpaper, the shower was stained and chaulk peeling everywhere. The headboard was scratched up pn the bed and looked nasty.

Negatives: No spa

Negatives: Website listed on website which they did not have Shower was cold at 500 am Juice selection at breakfast was weak

Negatives: The room was in bad repair. The sofa was heavily stained, the sofa bed was broken and was unusable, the chair and floors were stained as well. Pool room was uncomfortably warm.

Negatives: The front desk didn't have good customer service barely a welcome! The suite was not the one we picked front desk acted like take it or leave it .. so had to down grade , was told "IT WAS BOOKINGS FAULT NOT OURS" ,also got double charged on card (pending) for both rooms! Not even an apology for any inconvenience! Beds are uncomfortable ,some plugins didnt work ,No shower pressure ,toilet seat was/is loose ,no towels in pool room both days!

Negatives: They put a 25% deposit on you card and claim it will be automatically returned at check out. It doesnt get returned until Monday if are staying on a weekend

Negatives: we purchased the jauzzi suit and we didnt get that. They said it was booking fault.

Negatives: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, but there was a noticeable vintage ambiance that, while not necessarily run-down, lacked a touch of freshness. The pool area, although nice, had a basic feel, and it appeared that the pool might not have been cleared regularly, as evidenced by some dust on the bottom. Additionally, my kids spotted a few ants on the pool deck. In our room, we encountered loose, cracked tiles, which we promptly reported to the staff. Despite these minor observations, the staff's responsiveness left a positive impression on us.

Negatives: I told you already the only reason I booked this room was because there was supposed to be a hot tub in the swimming pool area. Your website promised one. There was no hot tub. I made your people aware of this and was treated with suspicion.

Negatives: Headboard was scratched up and falling apart. Mold in bathroom

Negatives: There was some dirt of bed sheets and hot tub first time using it.
