Good breakfast. Hotel was quiet. Nice to have full fridge and kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a small problem when first checking in but it was fixed immediately:) Stacy, at the front desk at check in was very nice and helpful.

We were not allowed to check in until 6 pm. They were understaffed. Rooms were not clean. Towels racks and shower bar was falling off the walls. Quite disappointed.

Positives:
Pool was freezing, I came there specifically for the pool with my grand children. The air in the pool room was cold as well, a maintenance man turned it up but takes to long to heat for our visit. I have a pool I bet the temp was 70 and the room air in the 60s.
First room Inwas assigned wasn’t clean, she immediately assigned me a new room.
Overall a good stay but not excellent.

The front desk employee was professional, helpful and extremely friendly

Our room had bugs, we left the same night we checked in. I didn't not make a big deal and I'm not requesting a refund because the gentleman at the front desk was very good but room 125 needs to be treated for bugs.

I stay here every time I visit family. I enjoy it very much. The staff is always great.

The pool was no in working order while we were there. However the staff was kind enough to be able to let us go to a sister hotel down the road to swim.

My room wasnt clean dirty dish in cupboard switch plate smeared with some thing gross ! I cleaned it , also take note the rooms do not get cleaned during your stay and you have to ask for towels . Rooms are priced to high for no cleaning garbage has to be taken out by you . The staff was so nice its not their fault it the policy of hotel to clean every 4 days !
