The location and surrounding area was safe and nice.
Negatives:
I rented a room for my niece as she didn’t have her identification. She left the room momentarily forgetting her key and therefore locked out. When she went to the front desk no one was there to help her. She had to spend the night sitting outside the room on the floor. It appeared another gentleman also got locked out and spent the night outside his room as well.

It was nasty anywhere you went inside the hotel. I'm at a loss of words on how disappointed I am with the cleanliness of the rooms and even the entire hotel itself. There wasn't even any kind of staff around to address any issues we did have with the room and the only employee that was there to have you sign paper and get room keys was beyond lazy and then she decided to leave the hotel and not come back till in the morning hours. Never have i been to a hotel where there wasn't a staff around or a front desk not open to provide you with anything that you may need such as extra towels or blanket or pillow for a roll away bed. When I contacted the place by phone some other customer service person answered that wasn't at the hotel personally and was told couldn't get anything till someone came in the morning to work. I paid money to stay in there facility and the items that were to be there weren't and they false advertised alot of things. Wasn't even any ice machines or a breakfast in morning like it advertised. Very disappointed wouldn't recommend the place to anyone it was worst experience at a hotel i have ever seen and stayed at.

Staff was very friendly and cleaner than what I would of expected for the kind of hotel it is. Was very clean inside and in the hotel room. Located close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Wish they provided coffee pots in the rooms and also there were drain flies which can be pretty disruptive. Bed was kind of uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable. Liked the location. Only one hostess out of the 3 I had contact with was very nice and has excellent Customer Service skills, the 3 shift hostess.
Negatives:
The decision of the assistant manager to cancel the rest of my reservations I had in place, claiming 3 in a row after 11 o clock payments made it result into having to move out of the property. Never had a balance carry-over 24 hours but payments being a couple hours late she cancelled my stay. I didn't hear from the actual sight manager to confirm but the assistant... Kind of unprofessional to me. Didn't like the towel exchange policy as they took the used towels washed them and gave them back which resulted in a wait process instead of an exchange at the point of turning the used ones in. Housekeeping wouldn't immediately exchange them as he claimed she didn't have them on her cart yet would knock each day asking if you needed housekeeping, why even ask if you're not exchanging linens and towels? It's very unsanitary how they have you walk the halls with dirty linen and towels to the desk. Also there was a situation where I had to move to a different room to accommodate a nights stay for an incoming guest. I moved my things into the new room only to find the air conditioner didn't work in the middle of a heat wave weather condition which resulted in having to move again very inconvenient with no apology from hostess or manager. The initial move was for a one night stay. Just feel they should've upgraded the new guest to avoid inconvenience of the existing guest. Unprofessional...
