It was a farce. I get there and they tell me my reservation was cancelled but yet I got charged $229.00 on my CC
I don't recommend to my friends to stay here. The manager said I should have been contacted by email. No I was not. I came from out of town 3 hrs away. Due to construction. Never again. I'm still fighting for my money. Total scam.

The 3rd floor was being renovated 8 hours a day, sanding, pulling off baseboards, scraping, painting etc. It was being done all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It was the total opposite of guest service. When I said something to the clerk she said that the 3rd floor has been renovated for the last week or so. I will definitely not use booking.com ever again. That was a joke

Checkin time approved between 3-4, arrived at 345 wasn’t ready, left while it was cleaned came back was told upgrade but nothing was upgraded from what I had booked online,(room features/amenities). Only difference was they opened another bedroom w/queen size bed, it was my husband and myself for 1 night??? Let’s not forget the unusually loud jet engine in a closet (AC/Heat) in the king bedroom where we slept. Not happy about “upgrade” would’ve settled for a discount…

Only reason I picked the outdated stay bridge was for TWO rooms and ended up getting the wrong room anyway. Room didn’t have a clean scent. Hallways and stairs had cereal smashed on the carpets from sat-sun so no one vacuumed the area. Didn’t seem clean. Our family stays at stay bridges in multiple states/cities for fiancés job and this was by far the worst stay we have had.

The staff were exceptional in communication and friendliness. Very patient and kind

The places that should have been kept up on frequently like the pool and fitness center and laundry were lacking a bit in service. Towels were rarely stocked and jacuzzi was about 75 percent efficient. However when you informed the staff they were quick to get to those needed items.
Our biggest maintanence issue was the electric sink compactor. It was not working so the sink backed up frequently.

Everything!!! My 5 year old daughter found weed in the dresser in our room. When speaking with the manager, at no point did she apologize for the incident. She proceeded to say that it couldn't happen and basically call me a liar by reapeating that "im not saying it didnt happen but thats impossible" the manager claims she cleans the whole 2nd floor herself. Not once did I see her on the 2nd floor. I did see housekeeping (that was not her). She agreed to compensate us for our stay as soon as we were to check out. We checked out and left earlier than we were scheduled to. And now, when contacting booking.com, they say they have not heard from the property in regard to the issue. After many failed attempts from bookings to reach out to the property on my behalf, they got put on a 10 min hold to het hung up on twice. I was directed to reach back to them myself. They agian tell me they have messaged and called bookings.com. Yet booking.com has no correspondence from the property. Do not stay here it is way overpriced, and the property is not what they claim to be.
